Hiring Event for Chef Jim Shirley Enterprises at The Bay

Chef Jim Shirley is currently looking for a few new folks to join his team. With five restaurants in South Walton, there are multiple opportunities for ALL POSITIONS! 

Please stop by The Bay with your resume or fill out an application in person February 10 from 1-4PM or February 12 from 4-7PM.

The Bay: A gem sitting directly on Choctawhatchee Bay at the southern foot of the 331 bridge. The family-friendly restaurant features mouth-watering Southern gulf coast cuisine, sushi, a 12-draft beer system, excellent wine selections, and inventive bar-crafted cocktails.

45 Central: Chef Jim Shirley uncorks Seaside's new venue to sip, savor, and socialize. Big wine. Small Plates. Intimate setting. 45 wines by the glass. Beautiful Bar. In Seaside's Central Square.

Great Southern Cafe: This casual restaurant fuses international cuisines with southern cooking using local produce from nearby farms and fresh seafood from the Gulf of Mexico. Here you will find great seafood, steaks, local vegetables, handmade burgers, southern-style breakfast, specialty drinks and so much more.

Baytowne Provisions: Baytowne Provisions is a full service restaurant, bar, private party space and general store located in the heart of the Villages at Baytowne Wharf.

The Melt Down on 30A: Located in the heart of Seaside's "Airstream Row", locals and visitors alike line up for clever grilled cheese sandwiches & soup at this food truck with outdoor seating.
