The annual Panama City Beach Scottish Festival will take place on February 28th & March 1st on the grounds of Grace Presbyterian Church. This family-friendly festival features Highland dancers, axe throwing, Premium Single Malt Scotch tastings, kid’s highland games, and of course, the ever-popular Highland Athletic competition.
