Roll with Sushi Steve at AJ's Grayton Beach

AJ's Grayton Beach is "rolling" out the red carpet for you with a Hands-on Sushi Class with, Sushi Chef Steve Kim, Monday, Oct. 30 from 11am til 1pm. This class provides an opportunity to learn traditional sushi making skills, including design tips and techniques and the art of sushi plate presentation. $50/person. Students create multiple sushi rolls with Sushi Steve's guidance focusing on the rice, fish, vegetables, condiments, and mastering "the roll". Sake pairings will also be taking place during this class and to be enjoyed with your handmade rolls.

This is an interactive, hands-on class where you "learn by doing" with all kitchen tools and an apron provided. Just as in your home kitchen, food is repared with the class as a group for the group to enjoy. You will learn relevant skills and techniques for the recipes provided, students will receive a recipe packet to take home.

Sushi Chef Steve heads up the Sushi Bar room at AJ's Grayton Beach where sushi is hand-made to order for lunch and dinner. The menu includes chef signature rolls, specialty rolls, sushi rolls, build your own, nigiri and sashami, and sake selections. Sushi happy hour is Mon-Fri 4-6pm with HALF OFF select menu of Sushi and all Sake.
