Rotary Club Destin Cajun Crawfish Bash

The Rotary Club of Destin will host its 4th annual Cajun Crawfish Bash on Friday, April 22 from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Warren Averett CPA & Advisors in Destin.  

Event proceeds benefit young families in need through Food For Thought, Harvest House, the Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast, and support The Rotary Club of Destin Scholarship Funds.

Attendees can enter an incredible raffle drawing for themed packages from beach activities, bourbon baskets, concert tickets, golfing, restaurants to vacation stays - all to help fund the growing needs of our club’s charitable causes.  

The public is invited to join in the Cajun festivities. The fun event is suitable for families and folks of all ages. Fresh crawfish from Louisiana will be dished up with the traditional potatoes and corn on the cob.  For those who don’t crave crawfish, there will also be grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and barbeque chicken prepared fresh on-site.

This year’s live entertainment will feature Zack Rosicka who has won countless awards and opened for such artists as ZZ Top, Gary Clark Jr., Trace Atkins, Double Trouble and various other international acts. His latest material is a fresh pop twist of blues and country influenced by several recent ventures throughout Nashville, although he calls Destin his hometown.  
 

Tickets are now on sale for $25 per person and $10 for children under 12 or free to kids age three and under. Day of event, tickets are $30 per person. Community support makes a tremendous impact in helping those less fortunate put food on their tables through Food for Thought and Harvest House. The Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast inspires and empowers all young people to achieve their full potential and improves the lives of all Emerald Coast youth. In addition, the Rotary Club of Destin awards multiple scholarships annually to deserving high school graduates, providing financial assistance for them to attend colleges and universities across the country.
