Seagar's INSPIRED Dinner Series

Join Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood for INSPIRED, a four-part dinner series honoring the visionary chefs who shaped modern gastronomy. Each evening is a tribute to a legendary culinary mind, brought to life through thoughtfully curated menus by Executive Chef Fleetwood Covington, inspired by years of studying the techniques, philosophy, and artistry of these masters.

Each course will be paired with wines selected to complement both the cuisine and the spirit of the chef being celebrated.
