Concerned about this fella. Sea World from Orlando was supposed to arrive around 4:00 to 5:00 this evening to assess the manatee's condition and start working on getting the manatee out of the harbor into a truck for transport back to Florida. As of 6:30 they hadn't arrived yet. The manatee was in distress taking breaths every minute instead of it's usual every 15 minutes. And the weather is dank and is not going to be above 57 tomorrow with more rain. Luckily the heavy rain is to the south into Mississippi.

I might be mistaken, but I think scooter's tar was animated btc (before the change), just like audie's and biff's. ibd and I just happened to get sucked into the tar changing atc (after the change).

Just got an update on the news, the rescue is not going to take place until 7:00 in the morning. Hope the manatee survives until the morning. The river level has risen and has spilled colder water over into the Wolf River Harbor which is warmer and is where the manatee is. Apparently maybe they have finally arrived. Turned the news on too late and missed the first couple of minutes of the story. Hope someone from Sea World will stay out there on a boat all night keeping an eye on the manatee. All it would take is a spotlight and a Harbor Patrol boat has been staying nearby. I put this tar on here about 4 or 5 months ago, I understand now animated tars cannot be uploaded. Is this true?
