i too am intrigued by this house design wise. one thing that gets to me though is tht there appears to be no way to close off the master from the great room below.
There's been some discussion of this house - here are some pics:

I also found it interesting that the master bedroom upstairs was on the 30A side of the house rather than the Gulf side.i too am intrigued by this house design wise. one thing that gets to me though is tht there appears to be no way to close off the master from the great room below.
Sort of like the Southern Accents showhouse at WaterSound that had the upstairs porches facing away from the beach.I also found it interesting that the master bedroom upstairs was on the 30A side of the house rather than the Gulf side.

If I ever have the opportunity build an unusual house, I think I would try to find a spot a little more secluded, quiet, and away from prying eyes. The house will be for me and my family, not for the general public.Sort of like the Southern Accents showhouse at WaterSound that had the upstairs porches facing away from the beach.![]()
I'm speaking about the second floor. I have the floorplan. Maybe it's inaccurate. It's got porches all around, and a functional widow's walk at the top. I started shooting it the other day and will finish next week and post.
I WAS JUST KIDDING!![]()
