Well, I don't know about OL, but you just sold me.
really? wail hail! I would love to hear about your yoga escapades dahling.
I've always enjoyed it for several reasons. and I enjoy several different kinds. Hatha is a good type to start with - very relaxing and also good exercise overall. meditative too. but, you may want to get a little more from your yoga in the long run by moving into a "vinyasa" type yoga where you do a flow of standing postures in addition to balance poses, stretch and relaxation poses. its all really nice and funn too. eventually you'll want to find the "type" and teacher that you can stick with for real long term learning and practice.
but never depend on a teacher for your yoga practice because they can come and go (I've been lucky enough to have had a good one for about 8 years or so - but I also check out other classes because that's what you should do to further your knowledge).
good for you DD. start asking around. let us know!
I started with Hatha years ago and it was the perfect intro to yoga. after a while I needed something with more movement/flow. every person has different things they want and need from yoga - yoga is really a lifestyle - not just a physical form of movement. you'll need to read up on it too of course.
