But here it is anyway-
I am extremely impressed by Jindal. I believe he will be a great leader for this country- Dem or Repub.

Believe it or not, I vote for people and I vote for issues. I don't vote for one party and am actually very jaded by both parties...

I don't get it either. People are naturally going to have higher praise for those [politicians] who share their values. There is nothing even remotely hypocritical or prejudicial about that.

Obama gives nice speeches - Jindal is brilliant. I don't hear the "enlightened" folks here kneeling at the Jindal alter. Of course, Jindal is an Indian conservative with strong Christian religious beliefs and not a liberal African-American from Trinity Church in Chicago. When he runs for President, I'm sure all of the so-called "registered republicans" and other Obama worshipers on this site will tell us that Jindal is just a continuation of Bush/McCain.

I agree that Jindal is bright and competent...he's doing a good job with NOLA this morning apparently.

So, why didn't McCain pick him for the VP slot?

I think there have been quite a few positive comments about Jindal, and I don't recall any negative.

Your constant challenges and finger pointing at your "opposition" does not invite people to want to engage in civil discourse with you- have you ever thought about your delivery? Calling people out to give you an immediate answer does nothing but make your target go on the defensive- but I guess that is your goal.;-)

BTW, love the anarchist in Minnesota with buckets of excrement to throw at the Republican convention claiming that it was just a misunderstanding involving one of their members who had been living in an apartment for 9 years with no facilities and storing his waste in plastic buckets. Knowing that wing of the Democratic party, it wouldn't surprise me if that was the truth.

Actually I just realized that I don't care what you think, so pick a new target for your anger and venom. I will stick to reading and conversing with the Republicans and Democrats on this board that can discuss issues without the personal insults.
