I got an e-mail last week stating that McCain picks his nose and eats it. That is unless Palin gets to it first, this e-mail said. I would like to know what you guys think about this newly uncovered fact and how am I supposed to feel comfortable supporting a candidate for the highest office in the land that doesn't follow a policy of "Pick and Flick"?
but the question remains, what is it that he's eating? I mean, how do we know it originated in the nasal passage? is there some kind of proof? I just need to know this. not that the answer will influence my vote. I would surely never vote for a nose picker in the first place.

I must be really lucky. I don't receive e-mail smears about either candidate. Guess my Republican voting friends are considerate and leave me off their chain e-mail lists, and my Democrat friends just don't do the McCain smear thing. In fact, I can't think of any anti-McCain crap that has hit my inbox- we just don't participate like that.
I think the bottom line is this- if you hear or see something that raises your eyebrows in disbelief (or in the case of the anti-Obama camp- gets you excited that you might have some real meat), it's probably a total crock. For me, this election is not about birth certificates and lipstick.

I have received about a dozen obama smear emails chock full of total BS. I mostly delete and forget. however, I did respond to my aunt the other day and now I regret it. I am not going to change her mind and she is not going to change mine. I just wish she didn't like the crap emails. can't ask someone to change who they are and what kind of thing they find acceptable. delete. delete. delete.

Obama was born in 1961 in Honolulu. I can't see that the actual hospital involved makes him more or less qualified to be president.
