I think I have food poisoning. Is that considered a rant?

Go to the ER. It's worth the long time in the waiting room to get the IV anti-nausea drugs. I love them. They make me so stoned when I got food poisoning at the beach that even the ER doc was laughing at me. Plus you'll get IV fluids which will really help you.

It's awfully quiet around here sowal! I'm sleepy. Kitty, how do you go on three hours sleep? I think that's all I got last night.....how did I make it through this day? And, I have an 8AM mtg. UGH - I never went to 8AM classes, why would I torture myself now?

Cause I have bills to pay, that's why!

I have a dear GF, bless her heart, who always wants me to read her lengthy argumentative emails between herself and someone else! And, everytime, I say, "How do y'all the time to devote to this?" Looooonnnnngggggggg litany of emails! And, on the blackberry, so they are typing with their thumbs, to boot! ARGH! :rofl:

So, I was sposed to read one last night and the first sentence was so juvenile, I told her I had seen enough.....she insisted I read the whole thang, "It gets good!" WTH! Some people really do thrive in situations like that, don't they?

Now that the election is over, I move to delete the political forum. It hampers my efforts to repress all things political.

That's great. I handle it similarly, but these peeps are seriously belaboring the issue time and time again. They both need a life. I consoled two over the weekend with, "Take the high road and do what is best for both of you because the other will not. It's obvious you are hurting each other, which is unhealthy and that part has to stop. When you are ready for that to be over, it will be." Response: "Yeah, but she's my friend." My response: "Then, why don't y'all act like friends instead of beating each other up electronically?" No response. I rest my case. Geez - people sometimes!
