Should Olbermann be suspended

I hope he gets fired. He is a jerk and he hates all Republicans and he is really nasty on his show. He broke the rules so he will have to suffer the outcome.

I suppose he should be suspended since those are the rules, but I don't see the conflict of interest. Every night NBC allows KO to be blantantly partisan, and in fact, that's why I watch. I'm stunned to find out that NBC even has such a policy in light of what they allow him to say each night. So while I can't cry for him, If I were NBC I would bring him back. The guys at the top have the right to bend their own rules and break their own policies at will. This would be a good time to do just that.

"Anyone working for NBC News who takes part in civic or other outside activities may find that these activities jeopardize his or her standing as an impartial journalist because they may create the appearance of a conflict of interest,? it reads. ?Such activities may include participation in or contributions to political campaigns or groups that espouse controversial positions. You should report any such potential conflicts in advance to, and obtain prior approval of, the president of NBC News or his designee."​

Hoo boy! Everytime Olbermann speaks he "jeopardizes his or her standing as an impartial journalist", and that's why we like him!
