I've been PUSHING PLAY, walking/running daily and shopping the perimeter of Publix. I love Clean Eating Magazine recipes and can get the kids to eat some of them. (The Thai Chili in the recent issue is not good though...too much tomato).
I'm a data junkie so I got the BodyMedia armband. It isn't a necessary item but I'm very interested in the information it gives me on steps taken, calories burned, when I hit "vigorous" activity. Back in the day, I was burning 4,000-5,000 calories just in the course of playing around. Now days with my sedentary job I'm lucky to burn 2500 in a day. It is really helping motivate me to get out there and get my workouts done
