Interested, but not understanding your pricing 10 mo vs 12mo.

Long story short, my husband just found out his store will be closing on the 31st. We are desperate to ind somone who would be willing to fufill the remainder of our 1 year lease. We moved into this home in November, so we hae 10 months left on our contract.
The home was originally listed at $1200 a month, but we talked them down to $1100. I spoke with SHaron, the property manager the other day and she informed me that their rates have gone up and this home will be rented for $1250 a month after we move out.
SO this is the oportunity that is available:
Someone can take over the remainder of our lease =10 months for $1100 a month. If you wish to renew AFTER the 10 months the rent rate will then be $1250 a month. OR you can choose to not fulfill our 10 month and sign a whole new lease for $1250 a month for 1 year.

I'm sorry but I was looking up the address and found this listing for the same house...

that is an awfully large difference in price. Do you know who this person is listing the home for $700 a month?? I know craigslist can be ridden with scams so just wanted to double check on this one.

I just posted an ad on Hotpads.com, here is the link. It has a great stret view feature that will show you the actual view as you are driving into the nieghborhood and what the home looks like as well as the neighborhood.
