There has been some confusion RE: 26 White Herron Drive

This rental will require the leasee to pay 1st months rent, PLUS a deposit.

The pet deposit is $500 PER PET ($250 refundable per pet)

I unfortunately, am unable to tell you what YOUR deposit will be.

Once an application has been filled out with Mathews Prperties, a CREDIT CHECK is run, and your PAYMENT HISORY (NOT credit SCORE) will depict your deposit amount.
