Not really. The invasions to locate WMD had their approval, not the subsequent mismanagement which involved among other things failed nation building, in which it was assumed we would be greeted as liberators. I doubt anyone other than dubya, a man you incredulously voted for twice, would have spearheaded the effort. Now we are stuck, and we may be stuck for life. As for the economy, at least from my perspective, it's doing quite well. On a broader scale, unemployment is down, and real wages are picking up. As for the budget, the deficit is coming down. The reasons for our large national debt predate President Obama, and let's not forget, the man saved us from going into major depression. Do you really think that with all the tax cuts, increased military and infrastructure spending that Trump would do a better job of balancing the budget?
