SJ, I'll try to dig through my AOL old mail and find the emails from the woman I was in contact with. I'd appreciate anything else you could find out, thanks!Smiling JOe said:Not having seen the condo docs, I cannot say, but I would think the units are available for short term rentals. I will try to remember to find out tomorrow. The ground floor will be commercial and the upper three levels are residential.

Luvthebeach is correct about the name change of the rental agency. Cassine Station may indeed be completed and ready to go by March '06. I have not heard about Royal Rentals taking space on the ground floor, but that may be possible. I somewhat doubt it though, because the RE Broker that is moving in also owns a rental company which is hoping to open shop in SoWal in Feb. -- my guess is that it will be at that same location, and I cannot see Mr Howard (developer of Cassine) wanting to have two rental companies in that building. I have yet to speak to any owners of Cassine Station about who they will be using to rent their units. I would bet that many of the buyers are flippers and have not signed up to rent them because they are intending to flip them when they close.luvthebeach said:I'm surprised! I was under the impression that Cassine Station would be available for rental after March 2006! I believe it was South Walton Realty that was going to be handling the rentals. However, if I'm not mistaken, I think that South Walton Beach Resorts is now Royal Beach & Golf Resorts?
http://www.royalbeachrentals.com/ At least the folks that used to work at SWBR are now the same who are at Royal, and the phone number is the same. They're located in Grayton Beach temporarily, but I've been told that they'll be leasing an office on the first floor of Cassine Station as soon as it's complete. Not sure who you talked to, but I'd call them back at 850-534-0841 and ask for Denise (manager) or Jessica to get the straight scoop.
