I tried to post the photo as an attachment to the post, but the file is too large. Go to my photo gallery and it is the most recent photo. This is the new and improved Conch Out. Unfortunately, you can't see the true color of the French doors, which is a greenish-turquoise the color of the water under the Destin Bridge and of our beaches on some days. We love that. The decks look dark gray now, but should weather to a silvery-gray similar to driftwood. White is too much work and the dark brown looked too rustic for the pastel palette.
The painter, Matthew Arntz (850)855-1832 did a very good job, on time and neat as a pin. He does both exterior and interior work. Conch Out was a 35-ft. tall challenge. He was also very conscientious about pointing out (and doing the work on) maintenance items that most would never have noticed. I highly recommend Matthew for your painting needs. He was especially good to work with me on color selection and paint type and quality, knows the ins-and-outs of the local paint and harware stores. His prices are also quite reasonable.
