Does American law not apply to all of the American People”? Simple solution, property owners obtain a survey of the ECL (or MHWL) and property boundaries, post the boundary line corners, just like described in the 2015 Walton Sheriff trespass SOP and law enforcement enforce the law. Not enforcing the law is a dereliction of the Sheriff’s public duty.
