To the last few postings..The "F" word as we are referring to it can be a very powerful word if used in the right context...and if you are married and have the "s" word regularly...then I promise you that you do in fact use the "f" word from time to time (no-one "makes love" all the time), maybe not verbally but definately physically!:funn:

you know that might desribe your life but certainly not mine. I have been married for 25 years and yes we make love. I detest the F word, in no shape form or fashion is it a part of my life.

My parents never used any type of profanity and I can honestly say that this younger generation's free use of it, bothers me greatly. I really do not enjoy going to a fine dinner and have it polluted with vulgarity from someone who's vocabulary is so limited that they must resort to profanity to express themselves.

Each to his own but please do not paint all of us with the same brush. if one wishes to express one's self this way in private, that is different, from inflicting it on others in public.

Yes, I agree anyhting that is pushed down your throat (ex. anything made public to the point you are forced to deal with it) is unwarranted. Everyone has different views and beliefs...I also for the record hate the "F" word...but I also realized after reaching "30" (No need to state how long ago that was), but I realized that I needed to be more open-minded, so that I could handle the world as it effected my home better. To think that I could contimue living with a closed-minded old fashioned mind, and effectively raise my son in the world we live in today would be ignorant. Ignorance being doing the same thing over and over agian expecting a different outcome. We live in a different time than our parents (Not always good progress) and we must open our minds so that we can empower our children with what they need to survive and flourish in the wolrd we are living in. To close out the "bad" completely...teaches ignorance. Just my opinion...

Now THIS could be damaging to children...Minnie and Mickey...making LOVE? Gross. :D ;-)

The "f" word has been around for some time, and it is not a generation thing...contrary to some's belief...The baby-boomers that are "out there" socaially tend to be the ones who use it ALOT along with the "GD" (which I also do not like), but it is a word just like "ain't" that we must live with in society...not in our homes. As noted below it takes on, like most words in our dictionary alot of different meanings depending on how it is used...I myself don't like to use it at all...but it is out there...According to the definition I don't think there is many of us if any who can say we have never used it at all..unless we are taking the political view of never doing things...
