Guns In National Parks Amendment

I don't know aren't national parks federal jurisdiction like Indian reservations? I would think states rights would be trumped, just like we're allowed to gamble on reservations even in states where gambling is illegal.

I understood that the law basically deferred to State law on guns in National Parks.
