I think that looks grayt.....there are also a lot of stylin hats out there
Thanks---If I do it, I think it will be somewhat close to that.
I just recently saw a pic of Katie Holmes with an adorably short haircut. I'm actually considering getting mine cut after seeing how great hers looks.
Yes, hers is cute....I think i am one short cut away from being able to go that short.....
I'm assuming you're talking about chemo? Ton's of nice hats out there, can be a lot easier than a wig or dealing with styling on those days when you're just too exhausted to deal with it. Here's hopes and prayers you won't have those days.
Yes, chemo...makes hair dry and sometimes comes in a different color.....thanks or your prayer. I am all about getting some cute scarves if it gets to that point. I don't have the energy to style or spend time on it.
Definitely talk to your hairstylist - maybe they can really work layers to blend it in.
Mom cut her hair short (shorter than Katie's) after decades of long hair and while she loves it, it get really messed up/in her face during sports or wearing sun hats.
Most people I know had their hair totally change texture/color so a whole new category of styles may be in your future!
You are so right!
Hi dunelover,
I've always worn my hair short or medium short but I'm tired of my current style so I bought the best magazine recently for new ideas. I found at least 8 cuts I'm considering. Try to find this magazine for ideas.

(just be prepared to pay $9.99 for this magazine! :shock
.
Thanks for the magazine rep. I will have to get out to grab it.
Long hair is good but if ya need some hair I saved mine. It was all the way down my back and I shaved it off and saved it. So if ya need a wig I can special deliver it to locks of love and hook ya up!!!
That is so nice and amazing.....I don't think I will need a wig. But what promted you to shave yours?
KDW, even with short hair you will still be slave to your hair. Short hair will require lots of different products, different brushes, etc. Having never had long hair myself, I always thought long hair would be easier. If you're having a bad hair day, you can just pull it back with clips or scrunchies or something like that, correct?
I was always a ponytail girl, went from middle of my back to shoulders before chemo at the suggestion of my oncologist. Long hair was really easy for me, no styling unless I was going flat, some natural curls or rollers or ponytail and I was set. I have had short hair before years ago and it was a challenge (before flat irons)....but morning bed head was so much worse!
Thanks for all the advice, I will post a pic when I do it.
