Hello everybody, newbie here myself..........and feeling a little intimidated by the thrashing poor pcbeachguyorwhatever has gotten.

In the immortal words of Rodney King "Why can't we all just get along?"

Don't the folks in PC swim in the same water, eat the same fried oyster po-boys, and leave the footprints in the sand (albiet somewhat chubbier prints judging by my last visit) that we in south Walton do?

Just my 2 swipes of the debit card opinion.

I agree. Polite and helpful are the key words.

And, well, I DID call them on it - - I made a blanket statement to all the tactless and insensitive remarks.

But I got it, & I appreciate your suggestions. I will from now on, move on and ignore what I might perceive as hostile and petty remarks. It's true as some say, no one has to agree, you don't have to read certain threads, etc., just move on. ;-)

seagrovelover, I totally agree with you! We are 8 1/2 to 9 hours away and do not always get to come down every year. Practically kills me when we cannot come down. The pictures of the beaches on the photo gallery are what get me through, especially when we cannot come down some years.
