Oh lord...that's very close to my absolute favorite non-shrimp meal of all time...SAUSAGE & POTATOES.
Potatoes, sliced. a little bit of oil. Seasoned black pepper & onion salt. Slice smoked sausage in. Cover. Let it cook until the taters are tender (stirring occasionally so as not to burn, and even if it burns just a little, that's best of all). Uncover to let the grease cook off.
Not healthy for anything, except the soul.
