I didn't like Oceans 1 - 12 so I doubt I'd like Oceans 13
I liked 11 and 12, but I've heard no one talk about the recently released 13 -- probably a good reason why.

Ever seen Snatch. That's a good one
FFF & Lil' FFF saw it and loved it! He did not like the last one. Then again....there is no reasoning for his taste in movies. 
If you like Snatch you'll love Layer Cake! Daniel Craig is fantastic in it and this movie was just before he turned into secret agent 007. After watching it you can see why he was asked to become Bond.
I loved Ocean's 12 and am looking forward to 13 but haven't heard anything either.

FYI --the funniest movie of the summer is Knocked Up
My daughter and other Oceans 11 fans have told me that it's better than 12 but not as good as 11.
I loved the first two.......can't wait to see 13.................
