Scent of a Woman was my mother's all time favorite movie. Everytime I hear about it, it reminds me of her.

I know I'm going to catch some crap for this, but I have to say: I have never been able to understand why Al Pacino is such a big deal. I've always found him a little boring. But I've also never seen Scarface.

He was pretty amazing in The Godfather!

I've also never seen that one. So far I have gotten these suggestions to improve my opinion of Pacino:

Heat
Scent of a Woman
Scarface
The Godfather

I think the reason I've never really been a fan is because the movies I've seen him in are more recent (read: not well-written) like that stinker Insomnia.

I loved 11 but thought 12 was awful, which was pretty disappointing.

Snatch was so good--ever seen Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels? Its a good one, too.

With ya on this one lucky...loved 11...never could figure out what the heck 12 was all about but this one was fun...Believe it or not we saw it this past weekend at the infamous Grauman's Chinese Theater in LA...it was an experience to remember!

NoHall, I'm all confused. We just watched Ocean's 13 tonight, and what parts did you think were funny? I think I missed all the jokes.

Unless you're talking about the movie RO was talking about, Snatch? Now that's an incredible film (and soundtrack too).
