Um, I'm sorry, but what the heck does this have to do with politics? There was a bubble in the market - we can thank Greenspan maybe but hey, he's been at the FED for 20 years. I also seem to remember another bubble a few years ago under a Democratic presidency involving tech stocks.
Also, lets also not forget, Pelosi and Reed have been in charge of Congress for two years now, they "did something" for the first time about the hosusing bubble one month ago. Sheesh.
P.S. - I also remember a country called Afghanistan that festered while a Democratic presidency looked the other way. 3000 New Yorkers died and we are at war in two nations thanks to Clinton's ineptitude.

Don't worry and keep shopping, if McCain wins give it 4 more years and you'll be able to pick up things on 30A at pre depression prices.
I will finally be able to afford to live on the beach. This really makes me sad when I think about it. I imagine that the Europeans will keep the prices propped up as the dollar falls.
Neither McCain or Obama will have any effect on housing, it's a market correction that was due to happen. There is nothing either of these two men can do too change that. Go back to school and take an econ 101 class SWGB, you obviously need a refresher course.
