Pet Peeves--Holiday Edition

I really cannot stand decorated cars at Christmas, but this is funny!

I have a friend with a lime green vw that she drags her grand around in that got these. Now I don't like decorated cars either, but on her bug it's cute.

Driving through Buffalo on the way from Michigan to Massachusetts because it ALWAYS is snowy, icy, or rainy when we drive through Buffalo. One year, for some still unknown reason, the window in the back of our van blew out when driving through Buffalo - something about changing temps? a rock hit it? a BB gun? we'll never know and the rest of the 6 hour trip was very cold. But getting home for the holidays is ALWAYS worth the trip, even though we have to go through Buffalo.

It must have been a year the the Bills were eliminated from the playoffs early, and there was communal anger ! Maybe it was OJ!

I don't like when people ask me what they can get me for Christmas.....I would just like them to give me what they want me to have...instead of asking...it takes all the fun out of it.

That used to drive me crazy too. Now I always fold the end over just a little when I'm finished. It's a habit now so no more .

I just tell them that if they spend more than $500 on me I'll feel bad.
