This is really for Bobby J but I figured I'd post it. What is the deal with the Power 90 1-2 and 3-4. I first thought that there were four different workouts that you phased through. Now I'm seeing that there are only 2 and you progress with reps or weights. I skimmed through 3-4 and it looks like the same workout again only faster. Is this the case? And if so, really, how do you know when you are ready for 3-4?

BTW...we are loving it, though ChefEd had to miss out today. It wasn't nearly as much "fun" without him.

It is a little redundant but the 3-4 is harder and the strength is a little different. Just keep on pushing play, watch what you eat. Really follow that little book and progress when 1-2 is fairly easy. On days you struggle just go back to the 1-2. Did you take the pics? Make sure you do that.

THANKS...we are pushing play, following a really good 6 meal/high veggie/high protein "diet", basically drinking nothing but water or protein shakes.
We took the Day one picture. Like yours, our will probably never be seen by another living soul...unless Tony decides we must be spokes models. :rotfl:

A friend of mine is a trainer and he is using P90x at home himself and he runs and then goes to work...working out. :yikes:

Thanks for recommending this to us. So far I'm impressed.

Maybe I saw this on TV? I dunno, lord knows I need it. You think it is worth the $$$?

You probably saw P90X which I had thought about doing. Bobby convinced me that Power 90 is great and so far it is. Not nearly as intense as what the P90x looks to be. I'll probably get it later.

Pretty much any program that you stick to will work. This one is set up to push you to count off those days from start to finish with little motivators here and there (the pictures, calendar...90 days).
The video is definitely something that you can tell you are going to get better at and it will be more intense as you learn what to do and get stronger.

I can't wait until I can do the Plank all the way down and then up to the Downward Dog.

That was my goal as well! I have to say that I have never ever ever followed through with anything and with BJ's help, finished the 90 days in the BEST shape of my life. I stand by the program 100%. I didn't take the supplements or change my diet, but once I saw results I didn't really want to eat bad food anymore....and trust me, I have fought a 20 year addiction to Cool Ranch Doritos.

I started out not being able to do one single push-up and by the end of the 90 days I did 100 during the 3-4 sculpt workout!! .....ok, let that sink in...... (ever see Olive Oyl doing push-ups? that should give you a visual)

Anyone want to join me for another 90 days, I am going to start over next week
