You're so right about the finish being awesome --never was a fan of the cool down till this program! Also, at first I thought Tony's comments were cheesy, but now I think they're funny!!

Day 74 complete I think. Day 74 or 75? Too tired to go back to the garage to look. Almost done! First program I have ever done like this where I have actually gained weight. Not sure what to make of that one yet. I think I have really bulked up as these workouts are intense and really build muscle. I really look forward to wrapping this up!

I read this whole thread and wondering if this will help me? I haven't exercised on a program in gosh knows how long because of Lyme disease and it's friends. However, I've always eaten properly and not a big sweets eater and have maintained my weight. Also, I have always had a high metablism. Recently, I started a medication and one of the side effects is weight gain and also I have slimmed down on the cigarettes heavily, so I have been snacking here and there. I am about 10 lbs heavier than my norm and want it GONE!!!

Do y'all think this will be too intense for me considering the above? I need to do something. My body is screaming for it.

Mango,

I would not recommend p90x for a starter program. I would look at slim in 6. It is a 6 week program more designed to cut weight and is a great starting place versus Tony H. Programs. Then from slim in 6 you can work into Power 90 then p90x. Take your time and good luck. Oh yeah, keep pushing play!

I have 8 days left. Remember I did not do p90x when the waves were up so I would automatically go back to the day I left off. So... this 90 days took a little longer then 90 days. When I complete this I will give a complete summary of my thoughts and feelings regarding this program. So far one word. INTENSE.

Almost done!!!!!

Incredibly proud of you, Bobby. I've stuck with my running but been slack on pushing play. After finishing 5 miles today I just wasn't feeling it. Tomorrow is a crosstraining day though so I will be pushing play during my lunch hour.
