There have been a couple of days that I've gotten busy and didn't carve out the time do it and then hated myself the next day. I'm finally solidly doing the 3-4. max pushups were awful but the max squats rocked (doing as many as possible in the time limit). Tony does love his lunges OMG. We're going to have our own Sowal Power90 crew withthe way this board is going.

Ok. Who all is doing this and where are you with it. I have done this video 4 separate 90 day programs and can help anyone if they get stuck. We could also use this thread for motivation. So..... Where are you and when are you starting Did you take the pictures and are you following the diet? Lets hear it!

Me!!! I am on day three of the 6-day Fat Burner Express program, which I took to be kind of a precurser to the Power 90 (ergo, Power 96?). I plan to take the pictures, measurements, etc. when I start the Power 90 program itself in 4 days.

I was sick all weekend, and therefore probably didn't put as much "oomph" into the workouts as I would have otherwise, but I pushed Play, darnit! So far, so good.

I'm loving even the limited diet of the 6-day program--yummy, yummy grilled shrimp salad for lunch today :D--but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to some of the terrific looking recipes in the little cookbook they sent me... (Power Pancakes...)

I am also so looking forward to my workout tonight, as I am feeling better, and can't wait to get up and move! I am finding out how much I missed having a more structured workout (I do walk regularly on the treadmill, and do some rowing on the Bowflex, but haven't had a really structured regimen in a long while.)

Bobby and Bev, you guys are the greatest, by the way! It's so cool that you are encouraging others to go for it like this! Talked to Bev for a few minutes this afternoon, and she's like my own personal cheerleader! Thanks!

I have been out of it for three days. I know this is very bad behavior. Two days were just me getting busy with life. Yesterday I was out sick. DO NOT EAT AT MCALISTER"S DELI in Destin.:puke:
But I'm on it today, I might have to go easy so I don't fall over.

I started this on July 6 so I'm coming up on 30 days though I have missed about 6 days in there so I'm really 24 days in.

I can report a great increase in strength and endurance. I have increased the weight that I use, the reps that I do and can actually complete 7-10 plank pushups. Also riding my bike on the trainer for 30 minutes.
Lost 6 pounds and 3 inches overall. My arms are getting definition back. I LOVE THAT!

I have been using a program called Tap and Track on my Iphone to track everything I eat. I have done this in the past with a PalmPilot program and had great results. It keeps me from consuming too little protein, too many empty calories or carbs. My problem has always been eating too little throughout the day, not getting the protein or eating too much fruit which puts me way over on sugar. This program is not as good as the one I had on the pilot but it is pretty good.
I told my daughter about doing this. I told her that I didn't log verything I ate one day, you know what that means? It means that ate so badly that I was embarrassed to even show myself what I had done! :bang:

Time to push play!
