I think when you do something for 90 days it changes the way you view things on a day to day basis. After my first 90 day program I found it hard to slip back into my old ways. I maintained by doing other videos and at least working out 4 days a week. When I do these videos, I typically get complete body workouts in 45 minutes or less. When I go to the gym, I talk to people, do not get a complete workout and waste about 2 hours. I have nothing against the gyms but like to get in and get my workouts over with. They become part of my every day life not an extra that I can do without. This is not an option.

We are getting ready to start a PX90 program and would consider possibly two joining us. It will be another 90 days of extreme workouts. I would like to do this next level around 6:30am at my home in Point Washington. If you ever wanted to change your body for the better, this will work. Guaranteed! Any biters?

TFT for me personally, Power90 is a launching pad to rebuild the muscle and endurance I have lost and lose the pounds I have gained.. I ran and cycled for years, lifted weights with a buddy too. Injuries, moving, "my life" were allowed to get in the way and now I need to get back into shape so that I can do my favorite things (running/cycling) again.. During the 90 days I'm doing other things too. After I will probably continue on to P90x in addition to training for more races.

BobbyJ, I'm not ready for p90x yet but hope to catch up with you guys by late fall. Maybe our lurker will step up and join you though :)

Question....

Hubby and I are looking into doing this. We need a program we can do together and just aren't always flexible enough to get to a gym. Is the program really adaptable to beginners?

I say YES, Power 90 is absolutely perfect for beginners. We have three beginners here who have picked it up and progressed well. Even our 11 year old has been giving it a try. My sister, who has a personal trainer, did the cardio with me. At first she was making comments about it being too easy and "this is just yoga, this is just kick boxing, this is just....oh hey, this is a good workout!" You can go as hard or as easy you want. Go slow until you learn the moves and then start kicking butt.
