:rotfl:. exactly how did palin ruin anyones life? and what exactly blew up in her face? :rotfl:

it was bush derangement syndrome, not its palin syndrome

She tries to knock down a Rep candidate who doesn't meet her standards in hopes of gaining votes for candidate of preference. The Rep candidate defects and helps the Dem get elected. If that's not a backfire, I don't know what is. If that's your idea of success, I'd hate to see what you consider failure.

what is with your obsession with sarah palin-geez! get over her!

and if you think she's the kiss of death to any potential candidate, ill just say i told you so now to get it out of the way. just last week biden showed up at a rally to find only approx 250 people with most being from the press. sarah sold out that very stage just three days later. mmmmmm. its amazing what youll find out when your not being fed hatred from olby and co

I am not obessed with her. I am glad to see her slowly exit the Republican Party and want to be the de facto leader of the American Conservative Party. She should/could be on the ticket, a ticket, some party's tcket, in 2012  It will be interesting to watch AND listen.

You truly believe that whoever has the highest ratings is right, don't you? By that logic, we should all be Catholic in the US because that is the largest religious affiliation. Or, perhaps, we should all be Protestants, because if you group all of the Protestant affiliations together, that's the largest group. The others are all just losers, their ratings suck.

And, I suppose we should all be Redskins fans - they are the highest-grossing NFL team, and the NFL is the highest-grossing sport. The others are all just losers, their ratings suck.

We should all have Labrador Retrievers, since the are the most popular dog. The others are all just losers, their ratings suck.

It's just a numbers game - sit back and wait for the crowd to lift you up and take you where you need to go.

Then, I hear that voice in the back of my head: "If all the other kids were jumping off of a cliff, would you jump off a clifff, too?" Mom was right, I think. The bandwagon's not the place to be.

Nothing unusual about a Rep governor from a Blue state, Romney, Weld, Bueller.... Bueller.

romney is a great example. but, arent we alittle off track here. stay with me now... we could go back in history on everything. lets stay on subject ok?

MA was not always a blue state, Im from there. Him winning was a great feat, but nowhere near the level of NJ. Even with the kennedys, liberal aggendas didnt take effect. It took for teddy to bring the family to the leftside to push big spending to take the state to the far left. and i assure you, MA is a totally different place than it once was. The NH border has been overrun with former MA residents and that my friend is an absolute fact.

completely different event, but im glad you reminded me of this. and by the way, thanks for proving me right even more. its amazing that blinded ideology will completely take one of track and end up with mud on their face.

way to go predicting something that isnt so. ive only read the weekly standard a few times. great source for info no doubt, buts its not exactly something i read daily. nice try though judgemental one

You make no sense here but that is not unexpected. Back to your post, now tell me (with source) which room did Palin sell out three days after Biden?

how do you know these folks spent 1million to get the gop candidate elected? olby tell you that. throwing your support doesnt mean spending money. there are laws against such a thing. why would palin or rush spend their own money to get someone elected in NY. think about it clearly instead of through the eyes of ideology....itll get you nowhere. trust me, i was there.

and upper NY isnt nearly has important to losing a blue state (NJ) and a red state that recently went for obama (V). that was suprising though. but, hoffman jumped in too late in the game on that one. could have been a different story otherwise. ive been to that area lots and its a red area for the most part.

No, the word came from the Palin-Rush Clubhouse. Didn't you get the memo?

Final Tally in NY-23 Press Release
Club PAC Reports Final Tally in NY-23:

Fmr. Gov. George Pataki Joins Club PAC Voter Calls in Final Days to Elect Doug Hoffman

Since Club for Growth PAC endorsed Hoffman thirty-six days ago, Club PAC and Club members made possible more than $1 million of support for Hoffman in the special election campaign, including more than $645,000 in radio and television advertising and over $363,000 in Club for Growth PAC bundled donations to Hoffman?s campaign from Club members.

The problem is, I don't think she fits in with the Conservative party as I believe 30A pointed out. They are more like your classic Laizez faire conservatives of the Goldwater mold (I think). This was all about shooting down a moderate Republican. It shows her pettiness that she would rather see a democrat win than one of her own. There's a kind of political eugenics at work here.

Oh, I am focused. As usual you pull statments out of your a$$ and run off when asked for links/sources you can't provide. You will no doubt pull the same stunt again and again you will be challenged by many as you were today. You are entertaining if nothing else.
