I will have to work up to this, jdarg. Baby steps. :D No wonder you're so dang slim!!:D

Toots: You're up early...what's on your healthy agenda today?

well, I'm suppose to go to pilates/yoga class at 8:30, but today is screwed because my housekeeper is coming this morning (instead of tomorrow as scheduled), and I gotta get the toys picked up and spidey out of the house so they can do their magic. spent all day yesterday getting caught up in the house so someone else can deep clean it (this is why I don't like having a housekeeper - too much work involved). But, it will be worth it, and I can do my new DVD that I've had for about 6 months, this afternoon in the house.

DD - my goal today is simple. Drink a gallon of water!!! I love ice cold water but I never make an effort to drink more than 3 or 4 glasses a day. I think this is a simple but necessary part of weight loss. Once you make yourself do it for several days in a row it truly becomes a good habit.

I didn't say that I watch them regularly! Y'all have inspired me to get back at it. Plus, exercise helps to mellow me out. That's a good thing, as Bdarg can tell ya.;-) And I need some mellowing.

:D As much as I hate to admit it, I feel more mellow too when I do get some exercise. However, during the actual act, I do not look like this!

:lolabove: I wasn't looking at your emoticon when you said "during the actual act, I do not look like this!"- I was looking at your avatar and thinking that you must really GET DOWN when you are working out!!

 my housekeeper hasn't been here on a professional basis in quite some time--I keep paying her, but she always has something better to do--she's my daughter!!

Good goal!!! I don't care much for water, so have to force myself to drink it. You're right that it really helps with the weight loss. Have you tried those little Crystal Light flavors that you put in the bottled water? Does that defeat the purpose? The lemonade one is really good....but I'm sure lots of sugar. Nevermind....will try to follow your good example and choke down some plain.

you can put a smidgen of cranberry juice or something in it if you need to. but I think if you just drink plain ice water, it's easier and you can take it everywhere and pee all day long (but I do remember that your bladder adjusts and you can eventually drink gallons without peeing all day long).

Hey, these all work for me--can I borrow them?
Tree, this is the DVD Jenay recommended:
B0002J58ME.01._AA240_SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg

There's a whole series of the 10 Minute Solution tapes, but Jenay can tell you more about them.
P.S. I had to go find this to be able to tell you what it was. I'm hopeless.

It would take me 20 minutes to figure out how to get this thing to play. Aren't these exercise fembots just like way too happy and annoying?
