Watch it on Fit TV. Check your cable to see what channel it's on.

I'll look, but I don't think I get that channel. :sosad:

Hey, these all work for me--can I borrow them?
Tree, this is the DVD Jenay recommended:

There's a whole series of the 10 Minute Solution tapes, but Jenay can tell you more about them.
P.S. I had to go find this to be able to tell you what it was. I'm hopeless.

I like this one- this chick says "Scoop in your little tummy" about 20 different times. I play those sections alot!:rotfl: Actually, these types are good- fi you have an hour, do an hour's worth of segments (flex, abs, butt/thighs, arms, burn). Mostly I do 30 minutes worth.

Kathy Austin is annoying, but her Pilates videos are butt kickers. The newer DVD has a feature where you can listen to music while you work out instead of her awful breathy voice.

Anything with Mari Winsor is great too- she was Daisy Fuentes trainer (which lended zero cred for me, but just so you know) and her 20 minute Pilates is great.

I didn't say that I watch them regularly! Y'all have inspired me to get back at it. Plus, exercise helps to mellow me out. That's a good thing, as Bdarg can tell ya.;-) And I need some mellowing.
