Friday Goals:
Eat Breakfast - Cereal
Drink Coffee - lot's of it
It's Friday, my free day to eat...not exactly healthy
Try to get up and walk around the building some instead sitting her in front of this computer all day.

Tonight - Play poker and drink lot's of beer. Totally screwing up everything else I did good today.
Tomorrow - get back on track. ;-)

But see if you'd been bad all day and then bad at night too it'd be so much worse.

I just thought of something else that perhaps would be of help to some of you. I used this for quite awhile and will probably go back to it. It is called E-mealz. Here is the link: http://www.e-mealz.com/Let someone else plan your meals, and make you a grocery list for $5 a month. They have Low-Carb, Low-Fat, Meal Plans, for two. They use Publix, Kroger, Walmart, or anystore. Go to the website for more information. I highly recommend this!!!!

Thought this article might fit in nicely with our thread (re-iterates a few of things we've already addressed, but elaborated a little more)

Linda: this is great. i saw it and meant to print it at work, since my (&$#*ing printer at home is on the fritz. I did however, print out your post and took it to the store with me yesterday. I was doing so good until I got a call from my (&%ing ex DIL that she needed me to pick up the kids. It was 5:55 and the day care closes at six and I've got half a basket of groceries and the day care is a 20 minute drive in traffic from me! Well, you can just imagine what I said, but couldn't stand to think of those precious babies left there waiting, so I quickly aborted my shopping trip, checked out what I did have and raced to the car, only to have her call back and say, "nevermind"..........:bang: I tell you, I'd like to slap her. Oh, sorry, back to topic now...
Anyhoo, I used your suggestions and got a lot of the stuff you listed. I also got these little chocolate "tea biscuits" in the international foods that only have one gram of fat for two. now, they are pretty little, but they are just the right thing to take the edge off and not too sweet. sorta like my little treat. made some wraps (i think i posted about these) and they were delish! tonight it's lean hamburger patties with mushrooms, salad and some of those frozen steamed veggies. thanks for all your support and suggestions!!:clap_1:

dd...you are going to be the best looking gull in Heaven! I am so proud of you! And the Heaven was for thinking of those kids first, like you always do.

Daily goals:

Water.
Find a good cheap gym.
Walk.
Eat healthy.

Did pretty good yesterday. The water thing is still lacking, but will continue to work on it. Linda has helped so much with her suggestions! :D
Best of all, against my own goal of not weighing yesterday, I did anyway, and I'm down 3 lbs!. I'm thinking I will weigh every day.
