There were just three of us for lunch. Mom felt bad and didn't come. Issues with sister-and-law and bro (long story). Sister at Seagrove catching sharks (http://home.earthlink.net/~beachrunner/shark.jpg ) .
Limited Menu:
Easter Sunday Marinated Asparagus with Fay?s Vinaigrette
Green Salad with Red and Yellow Pepper Rings
Tomato Pie from ?Southern Born and Bread?
Lauren?s Green Beans
Pork Roast
Lemon Pound Cake
BTW we sounded *good* at church today.
I dunno how far out they were on Saturday when she caught it. They go out on a boat launched at Grayton. My sister said, "Talk about a workout -- WOW - I am still tired from reeling that #^$%*!! in.....he sure put up a good fight." Actually they caught 3 sharks and threw them all back in.Sueshore said:BR...your menu sounds so Springy!!!
OMG...that shark pic is scary and awesome at the same time! When and where was it caught? Maybe those weren't dolphins I saw!!!!!
Unfortunately my daughter didn't get to see me use it because she was late getting home. She would have flipped over it.Mermaid said:Ah hah! I see you have found the Baker's Joy! (For everyone else, it's a spray that combines oil and flour which allows baked cakes to fall out of their cake forms effortlessly, no matter how intricate.) Good; glad I could be of service in the kitchen. Anything to further the cause of luscious desserts.
I'm sure there are a whole bunch of us today who are going to be watching our waistlines this week in efforts to undo the "damage" of Easter Sunday meals! Entirely worth it, however.
