One of the things I find most fascinating about the Tea Party protests is how it's managed to work some democrats into a frothy lather. I'm not sure what's the cause of that, maybe it's frustration that some people might not agree with thier policies or their views. Maybe it's something else, I really don't know. But it sure does give me a "funny tingling sensation down my leg" every time I see it. (The irony of this is the frosting on the cake!)
I thought it was interesting yesterday when I was checking out the New York Times home page after it was all over - you would think that hundreds of thousands of people protesting something in this country would be front page news.. the NYT decided to run a front page picture and story on Obama's dog. That I think sums up the views of the left on the issue - they don't want to hear about it, they don't want to accept that it could happen, and it frustrates the hail out of them when they see it. In that one respect, the Tea Party protests have been a great success. To really make this go farther and effect policy though, they need to be bigger, so I think I'll join in on the next one on July 4th.

Nah! The people participating are more of an embarrasment than anything else. It just seems funny that whoever came up with this is forever associated with sucking balls and either didn't know or didn't care.

Well, maybe for you. Whatever turns you on, and not that there's anything wrong with that.
