If you pay well and everyone is happy why are you saying you will have to let some people go? It doesn’t add up.

I remember many years ago large employers in SoWal shuttling workers from the north side of the county. I assume that is still happening. I don't know where exactly they are living.

Lip service has been given to affordable housing in Walton County. It's time for the major employers to work together to make it happen. Smaller employers should be on board also. Where is the SoWal small business association? Was there purpose only to get their guy elected?

Maybe the city of Freeport is interested in affordable housing.

The people who get upset when it’s suggested a livable wage should be the minimum never get upset that they as taxpayers subsidize low wages.

The shortage should be over, the GOP ended additional unemployment benefits June 1. All those people are flooding the job market right?
