Boo hiss! I have 2 Sowallers coming to the city soon. And Sarafunn. She used Miss Kitty's card to buy a plane ticket! And we are going straight to Saks to buy lots and lots of red bottom shoes. :clap_1:

Thanks - I am intrigued by Montreal but visited with a resident yesterday who said it can be hot in the summer. I don't know anything about Quebec City but I'll check it out.

I have always wanted to go to Maine coast and Boston.

Go to Martha's Vineyard...It's amazing.

But Miss Kitty...we NEED them. It's a right of passage. Actually the store is right down here by my apt. We can walk there barefoot and wear them back. Or put them on and take a cab back!

:clap_1: Seattle seems like the place to be! We will spend two nights there before flying to Anchorage to begin our cruise! We went to Vancouver after my guys skiied in Whistler one SB. It is indeed a very cool place!!!

can alcohol be heavily involved in this trip...like the last family reunion? i am concerned about the emphasis on NATURE involved in this trip. The way to remedy this is

a. a new "hiking/nature/wildnerness" wardrobe

b. alcohol

I went on Celebrity, room with balcony, coincierge (sp?) class. From Venice to Barcelona. I think most ships go about the same spots. I have sailed with Carnival, Royal Carib, and Celebrity and it was by far the best... (just my opinion) If you do try not to fly through Paris, many of us lost our luggage. If you want more help PM me....

I have not booked anything yet...which one did you go on? I need recomendations!!!

No, but we're looking forward to it. I started searching all kinds of places. It was possibly going to be Costa Rica or St. Lucia. Then one link after another put me in touch with the Abacos. It sounded right up our alley. We'll definately check out Guana Cay and all those other little islands with the boat we've rented.

Where in CR will you be? Let me know what you think.

I did a lot of research on CR and after ruling out all the really cool, treehouse type, boutique hotels, I finally decided on the Four Seasons in Patagonia (I know, sort of boring...). Mainly because of superb location, A/C (so many others didn't!!) and I was kinda worried about snakes, monkeys and stuff! That's when I think I found Abacos.
Thanks for the Abacos info and links. We are definately going to Nippers and that pig roast. And definately checking out the bronze foundry, Pete's Pub & Gallery.
I would go tomorrw if we could!
