Hey J-Funn.

I moved to the city and was making 23k. Tell me how you cover rent of 1k a month when you're making that. Huh? Ole Gussy picked up the bill till this year. And a few cc bills. I had to call Deb and tell her that my cell got cut off. She paid it, but this is after 3 whole months of "independence" so she took care of it.

Gussie says it's not my fault, that it's his fault. That he didn't raise me right.. :funn: Fine with me!

In reality...I would not be able to function. And I worked too many hours for a second job. What do you do? I'm bankrolling now and they don't get the call for rent at the end of every month anymore. Good thing...I'm about to be 26! :clap_1:

K-funn...do not be hard on yourself! I am just playing with ya'! Making it in NYC is probably one of the best and hardest things to do! Most people have NO idea the expense of living in that city. I am proud of you...keep on FUNNing!

Well............your children have an idea. Mine is "undecided" which is driving me crazy! Absolutely clueless as to what she wants to do. We just want something where she can pay the bills when she graduates.

there was an AP article yesterday saying that the "SEXY" new major is ..... accounting! (?!?) it's the most popular major going forward suddenly. they claimed it's because of all the financial scandals lately. acctg is no longer considered nerdy, it's got the sex-say twinge of danger now. :clap_1:

No worries! I think it's great I stayed on the teat an extra 3 years! I'm a pro. I also went unemployed for 4 months in the city. And went to the Super Bowl funded by Gus and Deb because they thought I was freelancing for my old client! :funn:
