the only bad thing i have noticed is the terrible hangovers from champagne, supposedly from the carbon dioxide in the bubbles - that is the only alcohol i get hangovers from, and they are hellacious - but worth it ;-)

Well, you know that's very easy to do with good champagne. ;-)

And I totally believe in the approach, too!
I live down the street from a French woman, she's rail-thin, and I know she believes in not denying herself anyathing but limiting it.

Oh yes. That moderation word again. I wish I could have something implanted in me that would give me a little shock everytime I went over the "moderation" point!!!!

It's like SHOPPING!!! I put books in my basket. I pick them up. I take them back USED!!!! It's like touching and wearing but not buying.

It is like shopping. And I especially like it when you get the brand new book that no one else has checked out yet. Makes me feel like I won a prize!
