Where is anyone getting good tomatoes now?
In June and July, I brought beaucoup Creoles from Louisiana, but they are now gone until the Fall crop.
The Hilton has a Tuna BLT at their pool-side restaurant. This was a good sandwich.

My coworkers' husband is a back yard gardener. She keeps us all in tomatoes and squash. Lots of tomatoes up here.
I need to call my Dad today. 
Mine are pretty much all burned up down here. I did plant a Hot Weather tomato plant recently. First time to try it....we'll see. I'm also cutting back my romas to see if I can get a second fall batch. Rumor is that you can.....stay tuned....

Miss Kitty: Another great sandwich with fresh tomatoes is grilled ham, cheese, and tomato -- that's my lunch today because we ate all the bacon.
drsvelte: You can get nice fresh garden tomatoes in Michigan... They've been out only a few weeks and the Farmer's market is THE place to be on Wednesday and Saturday morning from now until end of September.

I agree, one of my sons favs too.
My mother has a garden too. I went to visit on Sunday and brought back a whole sack of beautiful red juicy sweet tomatos.
I am so envious! We are hard pressed to find decent tomatoes.
