Well, I had my first bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, on thin sliced toasted Italian bread sandwhich of the season today.Nothing like a BLT made with real fresh drippy tomatoes from the farmers market. Dripped all over my T-shirt so I now have to soak it in oxiclean to get the tomato stains out, but it was well worth it. It's going to be BLT week at our house this week! The first BLT of the season is worth a good cry.
Paula how about a Soft Shell Crab BLT.

Oh man I am so hungry and this thread is killing me. I love BLT's. I have the tomatoes, have to run to the store for bread. Is it too early for lunch?
