Foster Gallery Reception Presenting Fall Artists

Make plans to visit The Foster Gallery on Wednesday, Aug. 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for the opening reception announcing CAA's Fall Rotation Artists. The CAA will also unveil the 2016 CAA Member Juried Exhibition, formerly known as Top of the Class. 

CAA's first member artist co-op gallery opened over the Summer in The Market Shops in Miramar Beach. Featuring the works of select member artists of Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County. The gallery is located in The Market Shops next to DIG Eatery and the new Ben & Jerry's. At least a dozen artists will be chosen to exhibit and work in the gallery during each season.

A CAA member artist co-op art gallery is consistent with the CAA's goal to promote artistic excellence in the community and provides a venue through which artist members can show and sell their art. Utilizing the CAA’s deep experience in managing and marketing many successful events and programs in the community, the gallery is expected to be a focal point for community gatherings.  

Named in honor of the late Susan Foster, co-founder of the Cultural Arts Alliance and one of our area's first professional artists, the Foster Gallery also symbolizes the support the CAA strives to give artists in our community, especially those that are members of the CAA.  The Foster Gallery is open Monday – Friday, 12pm – 7pm (subject to change) in the Market Shops located at the entrance to Sandestin in Miramar Beach.
