Speed Networking with Young Professional of Walton County at The Bay

Overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay, the Young Professionals of Walton County will host a Speed Networking event at The Bay.  Attendees are given the opportunity to get to know other young professionals and emerging leaders in Walton County while making connections and developing long lasting business relationships.

Cost is $20 YPWC Members and $25 NonMembers. The price includes a non-alcoholic beverage plus one of following from Chef Jim Shirley's kitchen: Faux Ya Ya, the Bay Burger or the Miso Caesar with Chicken.

Founded in 2009 under the name YP @ The Beach and having undergone a revamp in 2017, the Young Professionals of Walton County (YPWC) is an organization createdby the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce whose mission is to bridge social, geographical, political and economic boundaries across Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, while providing a venue for ambitious individuals to network and enhance their professional development skills.

YPWC will host networking, professional development and team building events the second Thursday of every month.

Sunday Pickin' @ The Bay featuring Mike Whitty & Friends from 2-6pm. It's a jam session outdoors overlooking the bay. Happy hour is 4-6pm with half off cocktails and wine by the glass and $1 off beer. Come out to the Sand ol' Opry by car, bike, board, boat or plane! Guest pickers are always welcome!

Sunday Funday at The Bay all day starts with Brunch ~ 11AM-2PM with several special brunch options such as chicken and waffles or crab cake benedict.

The Bay also hosts a fun mid week tradition locals love on Wednesday nights with live music and a bonfire on the beach. Each season brings celebration and special events with music to the waterfront restaurant located at the foot of the 331 bridge in SoWal. Some excellent shows coming up for the weekly bonfire/music night and now Sunday afternoons by the bay. Come out for cocktails at the bar or enjoy dinner and local live music too.
