Allen Lake is on the north side of Scenic 30A in the middle of the Dune Allen Beach community. Stinky's Fish House sits on the western edge with lakeside dining and a large dock for recreation. There is a flow to the gulf underneath the road and out to the gulf. Approx 20 acres.
Stallworth Lake is partially within Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, partially within the private gated community of Lake Stallworth, and partially outside private boundaries where it brushes up against Scenic 30A just west of Dune Allen. Approx 11 acres.
Campbell Lake is inside Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and closest to the park entrance and campground. Canoes and kayaks can be rented throught the park. Approx 90 acres.
Morris Lake is inside 1,640 acre Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and is not accessable to the public for boating, only to be visited by special tours by park personnel or intrepid hikers in the park. Morris Lake opens to the Gulf to exchange water periodically. Approx 75 acres.
Fuller Lake is inside the Coffeen Nature Preserve adjacent to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park near Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. There is no public access except by reserved tours, call 850-622-3700. Approx 45 acres.

In our area, we are fortunate to have two premier beach destinations that merge almost seamlessly together. While they are neighbors, each offers a unique experience. The remarkable communities of which we speak are, of course, South Walton and Destin.
South Walton is comprised of a varied collection of “towns” that nestle predominantly along Scenic Highway 30A. Each offers their own interpretation of a life well lived by the beach.
