30Avenue Merchants Now Open for Business in Inlet Beach

30Avenue merchants are open for business in South Walton's newest shopping and dining destination located in Inlet Beach on Hwy 98 and at the east entrance to Scenic 30A. Cuvee 30A, Design, V. Lala Galleries, and Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty are the first businesses to open their doors in the upscale center, with more restaurants and shops coming this summer.  

Cuvee 30A restaurant just opened bringing everything the Emerald Coast loves about celebrity Chef Tim Creehan’s popular Destin eatery to 30Avenue. Savor Chef Creehan's award winning signature dishes such as Amy Grant’s Seared Tuna Rare and Vince Gill’s Pecan Crusted Grouper. The local favorite Cuvee happy hour is in full swing in the bar nightly from 5-7:30 p.m., with live music Wed. - Sat. from 8:30 p.m. til. Cuvee is known for its world class wine list bestowed with the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. 
 

SoWal local designer Dale Trice recently moved his Design store from its original Seagrove Beach location, expanding to a beautiful space at 30Avenue. Design features a collection of unique furnishings, rugs and home accessories. Design is well known for their handmade cotton and wool rugs from their own Barrier Island Collection. In addition to selling original art, lighting, antiques, gifts, stone mantels and one-of-a-kind items, the team at Design also offers professional residential interior design services. 
 
“I knew the developer was going to create an amazing venue and I wanted my clients to be a part of that experience when working with me and my team. We love our new location and cannot wait for the other merchants to open,” said Dale Trice, owner of Design and Design Services of Florida.     

 
V. Lala Galleries, owned by artist Velia Lala, features fine art and sculpture, a creative space for nurturing artists and serves as an event venue. Sip boutique wines while perusing art or indulge your inner artist with art classes offered in the Creation Lounge. With a state of the art catering kitchen and all-inclusive menu of offerings, V. Lala Galleries offers a unique backdrop for events, dinners or meetings.
 
Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty recently opened their flagship office at 30Avenue. Owners, Blake Morar and Chris Abbott more than doubled their footprint as the leading real estate brokerage on 3OA and beyond. This 4,100 square foot office features a reception area with interactive Touch Gallery, guest lounge with adjoining terrace, two conference rooms, private phone rooms, as well as dedicated desk space for 32 agents, 12 on-the-go work stations, plus additional work stations for support staff.  

Several outstanding merchants are coming to 30Avenue this summer such as Shimmering Seas Jewelry, a local favorite spot currently located in Seaside. Restaurants coming soon are Shan Kishi Sushi and Hibachi and Barbacoa Mexican Grill.
