The news has been heartbreaking for so many people. The response has been overwhelming by those who have experienced many life memories here over the years. We feel a bond. Ownership. Grief. Single family homes closed sales were up 3.9% for February 2019 compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was down 1.2%. Inventory was down .6%. Median sales price was down 5.3%. Dollar volume increased 10.2% over last year at $129.7 Million.
