August 27, 2015 by

The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County’s (CAA) A+Art Committee announces Celebrate the Masters, a fine arts show to kick off September 18th with an opening reception from 5-7pm at Northwest Florida College’s Chautauqua Center in Defuniak Springs. The show will run through December 11, 2015.

Celebrate the Masters specifically showcases artwork from realism to abstract and beyond. The event showcases art by members of The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County imitating the styles of the Old Masters.

A+Art strives to showcase artists’ work in public places throughout Walton County. This show is yet another example of A+Art fulfilling their purpose. “These exhibitions offer a chance for the entire community to experience art and be introduced to the diverse and abundant talent of CAA’s member artists,” says Jennifer Steele, CAA’s Executive Director.

The Chautauqua Center is located on the Northwest Florida College campus at 908 US-90 in Defuniak Springs, Florida 32433.  For more information call the Cultural Arts Alliance at 850-622-5970 or follow A+Art on Facebook for updates.
